The food is good; but the "food" we get from the messages, the conversations around our tables and around the room plus the fellowship sure makes getting up early a great way to start our day and week. It's a great habit that many have formed and has now become a very important part of our lives. It is very satisfying and rewarding knowing that all of us put God and His Word first. On the days that I don't or can't attend; my day and the remainder of the week is lacking. We need to encourage more men to attend; it's great medicine for the soul.
