Golden Nuggets Senior Adult Ministry

We’re the “Golden Nuggets” because we’re a priceless group of absolute gems! Our ministry is for Senior adults 50 years old and up.

We’re a group of loving souls who desire to live life to its fullest through fellowship with other Christians while always bearing in mind that we have much to offer in the way of “planting the seeds” of God’s hope and grace wherever life’s road takes us. Like ripples on the water, our lives represent a reflection of God’s love through the fruits of His spirit….love, peace, joy, gentleness, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, and self control.

We base our ministry philosophy on scripture:

Psalm 71: 14-18
"But as for me, I will always have hope. I will praise you more and more. My mouth will tell of your righteousness, of your salvation all day long, though I know not its measure. I will come and proclaim your mighty acts, O Sovereign Lord; I will proclaim your righteousness, yours alone. Since my youth, O God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds. Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, O God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your might to all who are to come."

Our group experiences include trips and tours to different places of interest, various educational and informational programs, health fairs, fun-filled events based in the Family Life Center, and much, much more.
