Outreach Ministries
Here are just a few of the community-oriented outreaches of Seaford Baptist Church:

In Touch Connection
You can help someone in need. In Touch Connection was formerly known as Helping Hands. The change came about because we feel this ministry is used to keep in touch with our church family. The ministry maintains a list of volunteers. If you know of a need in one of the areas covered by the ministry, please first present that need to that person's Sunday School class to see if they can handle the need. If the Sunday School can not handle the need or the person does not have a Sunday school class, then call the church office or Sue Durham, the ministry chairperson.

Peninsula Rescue Mission
The Peninsula Rescue Mission exists for the purposes of promoting social welfare, aiding the poor and needy, providing shelter for the homeless, and sharing Christ with those who seek the same. Several of our Sunday School classes help with providing meals and ministry there on a regular basis. Contact the church office for more information.

York County Food Closet
The Food Closet provides food at no cost, where needed, on an emergency basis to York County and Poquoson residents. It's open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 12:30-3:00 p.m. Seaford Baptist Church makes regular contributions to the Food Closet. Volunteers are welcome to help. Contact them at 898-9057.
