Jack Duffer
Jack Duffer is a Hawaiian boy. Born and raised by missionaries to Hawaii and moved to Seaford from Hawaii. He has degrees from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri and Midwestern Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Through his 17 years of ministry Jack has served as Pastor, Youth pastor, Recreation minister, and other duties as assigned by God for that time in his life.
Since moving to Seaford, Pastor Jack has seen the youth group catch the vision of servant leadership through missions, like going to Lackey, Virginia and sharing Jesus, and mission actions like free car washes and drive-by raking. The vision Jack has placed out in front of the youth ministry is to grow in community by serving the community around us.
Jack has been married to Shelly for 18 years and has four children, Keli, Timothy, Mark and Bethany.

Aaron West
Aaron is originally from Gloucester County. He graduated from Christopher
Newport University with a B.A. Degree in 1998. He completed a Master’s
